I almost forgot to come back and post the finished embroidery I did. But here it is. For the most part, I’m pretty happy with it – though if I were to do it again, I’d probably do the line of grass in green.

Brett and I are heading off on a little trip to Port Macquarie on the weekend to visit his parents, and because they’ve very kindly let me come and stay as well I thought I’d make them a thank you present.

Because the trip was a kind of last minute decision, I has a little stuck as to what I should make and finally decided on this, though embroidery is definitely not my strong point. I’m pretty sure I should get it all finished before we go though.
